ABOUT TRIPCON

Tripcon, established in 1991 by Mr. RI Patel, is a leading manufacturer of conveyor chains for various industrial segments. The parent company, Western Engineering Works, started in 1970 by Mr. RP Patel, also produces conveyor chains for road construction equipment and machinery. In 2004, Mr. Hemal Patel took over Tripcon and brought his experience and knowledge to expand the market and client base both in India and overseas.

With the introduction of technology upgrades and product development through R&D, Tripcon reduced the wear and tear of its products, which resulted in high-value domestic and international orders. Tripcon’s design team has won a variety of challenging orders, and the company has also started focusing on the aesthetic look of its products. Tripcon won the “Kamalpatra Award” 2012 by JCI India and was nominated for “Leaders of Tomorrow” 2012 by Indiamart. Today, Tripcon supplies chains and sprockets to over 20 countries worldwide, including Nepal, Myanmar, Germany, Turkey, Indonesia, Uganda, Syria, Kenya, Bahrain, and many others.

TECHNOLOGY WE HAVE DEVELOPED

We use advanced machinery and state-of-the-art equipment to produce top-quality chains and sprockets. Raw materials like flat bars, plates, and round bars of premium steel are carefully selected from reputable global manufacturers, undergoing strict quality checks before use.

Our manufacturing process involves two types of components: flat and round. Flat components are linked by blanking, punching, deburring, and straightening, followed by shearing and welding of attachments. The round components are cut and machined using CNC SPMs.

Heat treatment is a vital step in creating a strong backbone for our Industrial chains. Our products undergo hardening and case carburizing in ultra-modern furnaces with Tripcon’s quenching technology. The round components are then ground to reduce friction.

Assembly is crucial and is done on power presses to meet customer requirements. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, with every assembled chain undergoing a thorough quality check. We produce industrial chains and sprockets of the finest quality, with a production capacity of up to 10,000 meters of special application chains monthly to meet even the most demanding customer needs.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Tripcon has a dedicated infrastructure of specialized machinery and engineering resources. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with modern heat treatment equipment, including rotary furnaces with programmable temperature control. A committed marketing team supports our state-of-the-art manufacturing systems, supervised by technocrats and industry specialists. Our well-equipped tool rooms and large storehouse enable us to meet unforeseen market demands. We have a monthly production capacity of 10,000 meters.
